Step two: Print shipping label. Attach to a preferably recycled box.

Step three: Prepare your products. Empty product and remove all lids.

Step four: Box up items and drop at your nearest UPS location.

Step five: Our team receives and properly recycles the bottles. Asterisk directing to FAQ section for more information.

Step six: You get a thermos.com coupon! $5 per product toward your next order.

Program Terms

Only send stainless steel Thermos Brand items (bottles, tumblers, food jars, can insulators, carafes, pump pots). Do not send lids, gaskets, straws, plastic items, glass items, stainless steel mugs with plastic handles, or any non-stainless steel items. Recycling may be outsourced to third party vendor. United Parcel Service (UPS) facilitates the shipping label webpages. Label valid for continental U.S. shipments only and subject to UPS policies. Items are not returnable, after release to UPS carrier. Not responsible for shipments sent from outside the United States or that otherwise do not comply.
Within two weeks of our receipt of qualifying Thermos Brand stainless steel item(s), we will email you a Thermos.com coupon code worth $5 for each item returned.
Limit of 5 items per year per household. Coupon discount can be applied to single checkout of in-stock items on Thermos.com, while supplies last. Expires 30 days after email is sent. Non-transferable. Order total must be at least $10 above discount value. Orders ship to United States only. Discount excludes taxes, bundled products, sale items, and replacement parts. Coupon has no cash value. Cannot combine promotions. Previous purchases not eligible. Restrictions apply, and subject to early termination without notice.
